Thank you very much for choosing Golfview Vacation Rentals at Golf View Resort . We hope that your stay with us meets your highest expectations.

We look forward to your stay with us and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or special needs. Help us quickly find your reservation by having the above reservation number handy when you call.

We provide a set up of: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo and hand soap. You will need to bring or purchase what you need for your stay. It is suggested that you bring pool towels or beach towels for the pools and hot tubs. Your unit will have linens for the beds and enough towels for the number of guests the unit sleeps. We clean your room before you arrive and after you depart. We do not have daily maid service.

Payment of 25% is due at booking and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival (Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or Debit Card). Checks are fine, but must be received two weeks prior to your check-in. Our office is located at 718 Golfview Blvd. Pigeon Forge Tennessee 37863, and our mailing address is P. O. Box 719, Pigeon Forge, TN 37868.

The person booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age to rent our accommodations.

Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. If we are closed, the key and directions to your accomodations will be left in an envelope with your name on it in the late arrival box, next to the door of our rental office. You are responsible for coming in the next morning before 11 A.M. to register. Please bring your drivers license, license plate number, and the credit card with which you booked the room. Call 865-248-0999 immediately with ANY issue regarding your accommodations.

Please be sure to leave all trailers and 2nd cars in the parking lot on the level by the rental office.

We are not responsible for inconveniences in your accommodations due to severe weather, natural disasters, or any other acts of God. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, fireplaces, decks, walk paths, play structures, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest's own risk.

***A reservation cancellation must be made in writing or by contacting our rental office at least two weeks prior to arrival date for a refund of all but a $50.00 (plus tax) service fee. Reservations cancelled within the 2 (two) week arrival period will not receive a refund but will be allowed to re-book a future date in the original or alternate unit within six months of original date ~ and you are responsible for additional rent or other charges. "No Shows" are forfeited.***

Downgrading from a large to a smaller unit must also be done 2 weeks prior to arrival. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE CANCELLATION PERIOD.

Absolutely No Pets or House Parties.

Four wheel drive or chains may be necessary during winter months. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.

By my signature below, I affirm:

That I have read all the information stated above and it is correct.

-No refunds for early check-outs (initial)_______.

-Check out Time is 11:00 AM (initial)_______.

I also understand:

~ That I accept full financial responsibility for any damages, phone charges, extra cleaning charges (should I leave the unit and or hot tub in poor condition), missing linens or furnishings during my occupancy.

~ That there are no refunds or adjustments including acts of nature (e.g. weather), power or utility failure, equipment or appliance failure (including hot tubs), or other circumstances beyond direct control of Golfview Vacation Rentals.

~ That the state of Tennessee has a law against false registration. I affirm that I am not renting this unit under false pretenses, and that the number of adults listed above is correct. Children in cribs, etc. are not included in the guest count, and we'll even provide a rollaway if you are bringing one or two more guests than the unit actually sleeps in beds.

~ That this unit is privately owned and that Golfview Vacation Rentals in the Golf View Resort is licensed in the state of Tennessee, and that it serves as the agent of individual property owners on its rental program.

~ That if I am judged by the management of Golfview Vacation Rentals in the Golf View Resort to be abusing the home or having a house party, or if I am discovered to have a pet in this unit (does not include service animals) a penalty of $500 will be automatically billed to my Credit Card and I will be asked to forfeit all monies paid.

~ I agree that I am financially responsible for all damages as listed above occurring during my occupancy of this property, and I realize that Golfview Vacation Rentals in the Golf View Resort will use any and all legal means necessary to collect payment both for said damages/charges, and for legal fees and other costs of collection.

~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 62, Chapter 13, Sections 62-13-104(b)(3), Subdivision (D0(I)Pelican Bay Properties, Inc d/b/a Golfview Vacation Rentals. discloses the following as policy:

"All advance rent deposits, damage fees, taxes, and balance of rent due are deposited into a bank escrow account. These deposits are considered income to Pelican Bay Properties, Inc upon receipt and may be used immediately. Any refund considerations are expensed from the general books of Pelican Bay Properties, Inc.

~ That Golfview Vacation Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed a risk to other guest's health and safety, the owner's property, or the company, itself.

~ That the Golf View Resort Council of Co-owners forbids visible alcohol in the common areas and has the right to remove any person who, in it's sole discretion, has over-used alcohol and become a nuisance.

- I acknowledge that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, fireplaces, decks, walk paths, play structures, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest's own risk.

- I agree that my use of the fitness center at Golf View Resort is at my own risk and I agree to use the equipment in the fashion for which it's designated

- I agree to be financially responsible for any damage to the fitness center equipment caused by my improper use of the equipment.

- I agree to hold the Golf View Resort Council of Co-owners harmless for any injury I incur by my misuse of the fitness center equipment.

- I understand that no one under the age of 16 is allowed to use the equipment in the fitness center.

POOL HOURS: 9 am to 10:30 pm FITNESS CENTER HOURS: 6 am to 9:30 pm

-By my signature, below, I aver that I am 25 years of age, or older, and that I am responsible for all persons in my reserved unit.
